Hotel Du Leman - Jongny - Vevey

Great hotel with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a cozy bar area, and helpful luggage storage. The staff even assisted me during my first stay with a money exchange. I'm looking forward to returning for Easter!

Hotel was on hills above Vevey and more in a residential area. Our room had views out across Vevey and the lake to the mountains on the otherside. Rooms were of a very high standard. This hotel is part of the training/seminar side of coop Supermarkets so the hotel is run along side this. The hotel gives you a free pass for buses whilst you are there so this is very helpful as the bus stop to Vevey is only a 200m walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the manager of the whole centre made a point of coming round at breakfast and talking. We would go back here again.

Complimentary and extensive breakfast with a great selection of coffee, breads, fruit, eggs and bacon to satisfy every guest.

We had a braw time sittin' back with a stunning view of Lake Leman from our room, pure magic! Staff were super friendly and the dining experience was cracking. Just wish the room could've been a bit bigger!

A huge variety of fine food for meals. Recently renovated and reasonably large units with nice bathroom and a balcony plus much storage. Location near to Vevey, Montreux and all the nice places around the gorgeous Geneva Lake as well as lake side.

Beautiful garden areas for leisure activities.

I was disappointed with the lack of air conditioning. My room was sweltering during the day. The noise from the highway was incessant, which destroyed any chance of a peaceful stay. The coffee service during breakfast was painfully slow, with stressed staff struggling to keep up with guests.

Beautiful view, it's easy to get there by bus from Vevey (10min), very nice and helpful staff, comfortable bed, very quiet.

The single room and the bathroom was a bit small, and the breakfast should have a larger selection. I missed options of musli and granola.

Our room was ridiculously small for a double. There was inadequate room to put down bags or move around. Bathroom size and design was woefully inadequate, potentially dangerous. Pillows were too soft. Noise of other guests outside partying until midnight was disturbing.

Great views and spacious gardens, but room lacked air conditioning and was very warm.

The hotel boasts a restaurant and bar, of which there are very nice photos on Booked.net, but they weren't open the weekend we were there. There is only one other restaurant in the village. It is essentially a conference hotel, which gives it a bit of an odd feel. The rooms were very noisy, we could hear people upstairs speak and walk through the room.

Wonderful location and wonderful views from hotel and room. Close to funicular which links into trolley bus which serves whole lakeside from Vevey to Villeneuve. Staff were excellent and breakfasts very good but timings of 0700-0830 were nothetic to the ordinary holiday maker.

It was clearly a conference hotel and a Training Centre for various big companies. Set meal in evenings and none on Fridays or Saturdays. The individual guest or guests are not well provided for. Please note full title is 'Hotel Centre de Formation du Leman' ie Hotel for a Training Centre.

The fine location above the lake offered amazing views, and the friendly staff made a significant positive impact, especially during breakfast service. The family room was spacious and clean, ideal for our needs. The lack of air conditioning created discomfort during warm nights, and there were issues regarding room allocation that hindered the start of our stay. While the breakfast had a decent selection, it felt somewhat ordinary compared to the overall experience.

The location was on an advantageous bluff that afforded a lovely view of the Lake. The breakfast was ample and the linens were fresh. The hotel rooms in the main building seemed new. The internet connection was excellent.

The hotel was on a bus route that left from Vevey Gare' only twice an hour. The bus was very full and the ride up the steep hill lasted about 20 minutes. So, it took me a long time to get from Geneva airport to the hotel (about 3 hours) with public transportation. So, best for people with cars. The restaurant has a set dinner menu with few selections, and your options are limited if you want to go off site to eat. Finally, the room itself, though it had a nice balcony overlooking the lake, was very small; I found it adequate, but a larger person might find it cramped. I only stayed one night out of 3 because it was too far away from everything, and it was a little impersonal, but clean!
